She is a natural thought leader specialising in, Business Acumen, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Coaching, People Dynamics, and in building High Performing Teams.
She has built ILM and CMI accredited programmes in both leadership and coaching and has been published in CIPD textbooks for her knowledge and expertise in leadership and measuring learning impact.
Kieleigh’s approach is to inject dynamic, fresh thinking, and smarter ways of working into teams and organisations, providing leaders with the tools and skills to create the conditions where they can truly soar.
